Refund and Returns Policy

At Curvashop we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our refund and returns policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Right of withdrawal

Under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to give any reason.

2. How to request a return

To start a return request, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at info@curvashop.it, stating:

Your order number
The product you wish to return
The reason for the return

3. Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

In its original condition, unused and undamaged
In its original packaging
Complete with all included accessories and documents

4. Return shipping and times

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in the case of a faulty or wrong product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

⚠️ Important note: depending on the item chosen, some products are shipped directly from the factory or the supplier. In these cases, the return instructions may vary. We will contact you with the specific return instructions.

5. Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will issue the refund within 14 working days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that crediting times may vary depending on your bank.

6. Non-refundable products

Returns are not accepted for:

Personalised or custom-made products
Opened or used hygiene products
Products damaged through improper use

7. Faulty or wrong products

If you have received a faulty product or one different from what you ordered, contact us immediately. We will replace it or give you a full refund, including shipping costs.
